Our groups are intentionally small and thoughtfully guided to help create safety, trust, and meaningful conversation. Whether the focus is stress, anxiety, trauma recovery, or emotional regulation, you’ll have the opportunity to share (if and when you're ready), listen, and learn from others in ways that often aren’t possible in individual work alone.
We integrate somatic practices, mindfulness, and evidence-based approaches like CBT and EMDR-informed processing techniques—depending on the needs of the group. It’s not just about talking—it’s about experiencing healing in relationship, in real time.
