Life can pull us in a hundred directions—and sometimes, we reach a point where we just need space to breathe, reflect, and be real. That’s what therapy is here for.
In individual sessions, you’ll have a space that’s entirely yours — free of judgment and full of intention. Together, we’ll work through the challenges you’re facing, whether it’s anxiety, stress, feeling stuck, past trauma, or simply the weight of trying to hold it all together.
My approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and rooted in the belief that healing happens in the mind and the body. I integrate evidence-based modalities like EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness, as well as hypnotherapy when appropriate — all tailored to what works best for you. This is not a one-size-fits-all process. We go at your pace.
