Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

A mind-body-spirit approach to healing from the inside out

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a powerful therapeutic approach used to help clients move through depression, anxiety, trauma, and emotional blocks in a deeply supported, intentional way. At Mind and Body Therapy GA, we use ketamine as a catalyst for healing—paired with traditional and somatic therapy—to help clients access clarity, release old patterns, and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level.

KAP is not about “escaping” your emotions. It’s about creating space for insight, emotional freedom, and nervous system regulation in a safe, guided, therapeutic environment.

If you’re curious or feel called to this work, you’re not alone—many clients describe KAP as the moment their healing finally “clicked.”
