Owner + Clinical Director | Mind and Body Therapy GA

I truly believe that healing is possible—and that you don’t have to do it alone. As a therapist, nothing brings me more joy than holding space for people to come home to themselves. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you in uncovering your strength, reconnecting with your body, and living a life rooted in love, joy, and peace.

I’m Robyn Minefee, a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, and Registered Yoga Teacher based in Georgia. I’m also the founder of Mind and Body Therapy GA, a space I created with one simple belief: true healing happens when we care for the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

My Approach

I’ve worked in a variety of settings—substance use treatment centers, mental health facilities, accountability courts, and private practice. No matter where I’ve been, one thing has always remained true: this isn’t just a job to me—it’s my calling.

I bring an integrative, trauma-informed approach to therapy that blends traditional methods with holistic, body-centered practices. I’m especially passionate about somatic therapy, because I believe that healing isn’t just a mental process—it’s something we feel, embody, and move through. I’ve seen how powerful it is when clients reconnect with their bodies and release what no longer serves them.
